The information collected from Clients is required in order to provide the personalised migration-related Services and to improve our services at Direction Changers. We receive and store any information you enter on our Website or give us in any other way. If you choose not to provide certain information this may affect the level of Service you receive.

- to help them manage and improve their Services Direction Changers may disclose the Client’s personal or sensitive information (as defined in the Privacy Act); and
- to regulatory authorities; where the law requires us to do so; and where the Client consents for us to do so.
Accessing Your Personal Information
You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons. Direction Changers reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.
